Field to Finish

Is there a way when redrawing points to erase only the field to finsih items
that you are currently redrawing rather than everything in the file that was
created with field ot finish? This is a problem when working with large
topo's that have dailey fieldwork downloads from multiple crews and your
editing the data and relocating attribute locations in cad for cleanup and
plotting?

I'm not sure why you bring points into a drawing and then erase them,
possibly because something came in on the wrong layer? Why don't you just
bring new points into a dummy drawing and get everything looking correct,
then insert it into your main overall drawing. I usually have a drawing of
the points for each download, just so I can pull up a drawing and see
exactly what shots where taken for that download. That also helps me
remember what downloads have been processed.

I liked the way Eagle Point used to handle downloads. I wish Carlson would
implement something like they did. EP had a dialog box that showed all
downloads for a project. The user could name it (date) and it would also
tell if has been processed.

Sorry, I got off the subject.
