I can sympathise for you.
We get "Unhandled Exception C0000005" errors when switching between modules
in SurvCADD (about 5-10% of the time).
I think the C0000005 may have something to do with licensing (?).
I would have thought Carlson would have an explanation of error codes.
Have you tried re-installing SurvCADD?
