Units changing

I haven't noticed this in all drawings, but the units keep resetting to
scientific. I can change it to decimal then within a few commands it will be
back to scientific. First off, I don't know anyone that uses scientific
units. I'm not sure if there is something in Survcadd that resets that
variable to scientific. Has anyone else experienced this?
