Re-draw sewerprofile

How can I re-draw a sewer profile on an existing grid/profile.

Also, can I automatically generate the existing and proposed grades
elevation on this existing profile/grid?

This profile already shows the proposed road profile and the existing ground
just need to create labels every 50 ft and re-draw a section of the sewer
profile.

I tried re-drawing the sewer profile but the manhole structures don't show.
