Menu Bar CivilSurvey2007/AutoCad2005

There has been a download fix for CivilSurvey2007/AutoCad2007.
Is there any fix for the menu bar in CivilSurvey2007/AutoCad2005? When you
choose Civil from the Carlson menu, the menu bar just adds the complete
Civil to my existing Survey menu bar, not just the different menus it needs.
This requires 2 rows of menu bars. Very ugly, less screen space, etc.
