2D & 3D poly template in F2F

My company just moved to Carlson from Terramodel

We shoot F/L of curb lines and use a template t o build the rest. We need it to have 3D lines for DTM work. And 2D for drafting purposes.

Too my understanding the template does not get reflected in the 2D lines. Is the a work around for this, I would rather not have to do offsets for all those Ines.

Or, am I going about this all wrong.
