Help for Carlson Civil Suite 2009 with IntelliCad 6.4

Hafa Adai,
Our Agency has recently went from Land Desktop3 to Carlson Civil Suite.
When going to the Help Manual within Carlson i get a prompt that say " Help file C:\Program Files\Carlson2009_ICAD\EXEC\Calson 2009.chm not installed' where can i find this file?
