plotting : stb file vs ctb

Postby GPSMAN » Tue Mar 31, 2009 1:18 pm

in one of my jobs all dwgs want to plot with a stb file.
my profile has the correct path statement to the ctb files.
Plot with plot styles is checked.

this only occurs in one of many jobs

didn't work, wants a stb file to use as a guide
so i used convertctb, it will polt with a stb.

don't i want a plot style that is named but is a ctb ???

Why is this dwg a stb setup and not ctb. How did that happen.

This happens to me quite often when working on older drawings or opening drawings that have been saved back to older .dwg extensions. Never had an issue where convertpstyles hasn't worked, and seeing as you manually converted a named plot style to a color plot style makes me wonder why it didn't work for you...
