swap northing-easting

I am trying to use the "swap northing-easting" in the coordinate file utilities and am getting error code "Error: missing command description #88". Anybody getting this?

Thanks bharris. I tried to replicate the issue i was having before i sent you the files but it seems to have "healed" itself.
