Select Nodes via Number range or Descriptor

Been asking for this for a while (since switching from Eaglepoint
'99)..Could we see the modify nodes command expanded to accept a range of
nodes and/or descriptor string. BTW '2 and '3 are great but maybe these
could be modified as well to accept a range of nodes.
