XML F2F bug

This worked fine in CES but no longer works in XML:

We code linework with a period then descriptor. For example edge of
pavement is coded as .EP+7 .EP .EP .EP-7 and .EP+7 .EP PC .EP .EP PT .EP-7
for curves.

XML is not recognizing my "." descriptors anymore. When I do a code table
report it says code does not exist even though I have ".EP" set up.

Anything new on this? Is this something that can easily be fixed with a
patch?

In the meantime you can use "L" instead "." or nothing or change in a text
editor "." with "" or with "L"

Fix emailed to Geoffrey. This will also be included in the next build of SurvCADD.

Thanks for sending the update so quickly. Still some problems.

It seems that F2F is not recognizing the attribute Layout ID, I am using an
ALID with an elevation set at 30 degree rotation. If I manually insert a
point using Draw Locate Points it is drawn correctly but when using F2F the
selected ALID is not used.

I believe what happened was that you received a finish.dll from our
work-in-progress database rather than from our XML database. I've sent you
the correct finish.dll. I've also fixed the problem in our XML2 database;
thank you for alerting us to it!
