Twist Screen - Perspective View?

I have a drawing with multiple layouts. Everything has been working fine.

On a new layout, within a viewport, after one performs a "twist screen by
line", an error pops up when one tries to use Autocad's Object Properties
Quick Select. It states: "Quick Select is not permitted in Perspective
view."

The line picked has no Z values. VIEWMODE lists as 0 (not perspective
view). Other twisted viewports behave properly.

Any ideas?

Terry,

Send me the drawing if you don't mind. I would like to see this. Thanks
