Thanks, Randall, for your response. The option to enter the Delta Angle
is
not given for non-tangent curves. Once it asks for chord or radial
bearing,
it then asks only for arc length.

Radius: 150
Curve direction [Left/<Right>]? R
Non-tangent/Reverse-tangent/Bearing/Chord/DeltaAng/Tangent/<Arc Len>: D
Enter Delta Angle (ddd.mmss): 40
