Select by filter for POINTS

Feature request...

Select points by filter:

Point Range
Elevation Range
Descriptions
Northing
Easting

Fill in any combination of the above...then ask if you would like to create
a selection set of filtered data or pass to the modify nodes command. Been
asking for this for quite some time and while each version of SurvCADD seems
to get closer to this, its not quite there yet.

Speaking of the modify nodes command..perhaps we could change the attribute
style, width, justification, and obliquing within this command?

Just some food for thought..
