Create points from entities

It would be nice to have the routine place a description on all points and
continue putting "RADPT" for radius points. Currently it is putting "RADPT"
on radius points and nothing on all other points. What is the easiest way to
go back and change the points with nothing to something like "COMP"? If you
change descriptions for points within coordinate file utilities, you have to
know the point range, which could be quite tedious if you have a bunch of
curves, especially reverse curves or compound curves. Well, I guess you
could do Points-Edit Points and do a find and replace, but isn't there some
way to us from having to perform another step to get the results we want?
