Automatic Updates

We have multiple XML installations at our office (I believ it is 15). At
the moment, our shared internet connection is 56k. It is a significant
waste of bandwidth to download updates 15 times. So, I found where the
update is downloaded on the first machine, copied it to a central location,
and installed it on two other machines for starters. When one checks "about
Survcadd" in help, the correct build date is listed. Yet, when I started
Survcadd using the desktop icon today, it says an update is available, and
do I wish to download it.

Where can one reset this so that I don't waste the bandwidth?
