Mouse with a keypad?

This question isn't really about SurvCADD, but I'm wondering if anyone can
help. We're noticing a big lag in productivity because of the need to
remove our hands from the mouse and enter elevations for points. Are there
mice out there that have a keypad on the surface? We do NOT want to use
digitizers, so using a standard puck/digitizer is out of the question. Has
anyone seen such a product?
