Converting SPLINES to Polylines?

Is it possible to convert SPLINES to polylines? I've tried everything, and
the only real solution is for me to redraw them myself. Is there a better
way?

if you have express you can use flatten. this will convert the splines to
plines with arcs. if not you should be able to find it at
http://www.cadalog.com/index.php or other cad sights

Just in case you wanted to know, I found that SETCELEV will actually convert
the spline to a polyline. I've never been able to have TOPLINE work in this
situation.

SaveAs R12 (.dwg or .dxf)
-or-
WMFOUT then WMFIN
-or-
Toolpac includes a command to perform this conversion.
