Dear Tech. support:
Why do some post never get addressed? Is there another place to ask for
tech. support? Even if the answer was "Dumb question bozo, look at...", it
would still be appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your reply.

I'm not tech support...just another user. Newsgroups like this are usually

fellow users helping
each other. There are folks from Carlson here too, and they usually are
quite helpful.

BUT, if you have a pressing support issue, it's probably better to use:

support@carlsonsw.com

In the last few months, you have made 4 posts and all have been answered. Or were you just making a comment in general?

The reason I stated what I did in my post was that I had posted the question
on 4/9/03 and it was not responded to until today. Besides, the questions I
asked were not answered by the responses. So I wondered if there was some
other way of getting answers to questions about the program and how it
works.

I'm no expert, but I'll bet support is handled in the following order:

1. In person
2. Telephone
3. Email
4. Fax
5. Newsgroups

As Terry mentioned, this is more of a user to user forum.
