converting point attributes to MTEXT?

Hello all,

Is there a way to convert point attributes (ELEV, DESC, PNTNO, etc.) to
actual MTEXT entities? I've tried exploding the grouped objects, but it
always ends up converting in to text like, "ELEV," or "DESC."

Thanks!

Not MTEXT, but TEXT though.

Thanks!

I found what I was looking for in the "explode2" command.

Use Express Tools or Toolpac to convert Text to MText after Randy's
exercise.
