OK, I have a "wish" or a "want" that I'd like an opinion on.
Using the RW5 Editor, I'd like to be able to reference point coordinates
from another CRD file.
What I mean :- for a particular project we set-up a CRD file with ONLY
"control" points.
It would then be great to create a point E,N,EL by referencing an existing
point in the "control" CRD file.
A proposal of what I would like a rw5 line to look like:
SP,PN25,"n:\13000\13100\13100t11.crd" pn800,,,--S001
in the line above, the east, north and el for new point 25 is obtained
from point number 800 in 13100t11.crd
The standard format for a point is
SP,PN1000,N3025.1591,E5234.7809,EL125.9667,--S001
I know that it is possible to type them in, cut-n-paste them in, or other
ways, but this would save time in our office.
