Points mysteriously move

I have received a set of drawings from a client. When we try to draw-locate
points on the drawing the point is displayed somewhere off into space. the
descriptors stay in the right place but the point is in the wrong place.

Any help?

um ... this might be unthinkable to you but some people actualy block out
points and move them or rotate around to change. consequently, the points
are not match with the crd, so go to Point / Point Utilities / Update CRD
File from Drawing.... If that's not work, try click on the points to see if
they are in a block, explode it, and try the above command again. :)
