Rotating my annotation

Hello there:

I am looking for some annotation help. I recently installed acad 2004 and
in the prior version I had, when I had dimensions from one point to another,
I could click one button on my toolbar that I had and rotate the annotation
any way I wanted to. I found a button to do that, but it will only do one
annotation at a time. The old button I had, I could select all annotations
if I wanted to. Could you help me with this? I really appreciate this.
Thanks.
