SurvCE CUT SHEET setup

Page 213 off the SurvCE manual displays the dialog "Load Cutsheet Station
and Offset List". When in offset stakeout, it asks for a CUT file. This is
an ASCii file of some type. I can't convert the ASCii info to this CUT
extension that this function requires. I use SurvCADD XML 2 and Tsunami for
modeling and staking out. What is the best way to prepare pre-survey
stakeout information. The Cut Sheet Report under COGO menu/ Tools seems the
way to go, but I'm stuck at converting data to this '.cut' extension.
