lot layout wish list

I really like the lot layout tool, but it would be even better if you could
select the side lines or curves of a parent tract also. As it is now, you
can only select the front and rear.

Also, what about adding a feature where you can SET the front and/or rear
frontage to a specific distance instead of a minimum. That way, you could
have all lots have the same frontage. (apply this to the frontage setback
polyline also) And to go along with this, you could specify a minimum and
maximum target lot area.

Steltman Software has something similar to what I am asking for.
