Edit Point Attributes Question

When changing the Pntno in the "Edit Point Attributes", the routine used to
ask if you wanted to delete, the old number. This was perfect, because OF
COURSE I want to delete it. At some point along the way, probably the April
2004 update, it no longer ask you that question and it DOES NOT delete the
number. I believe this is probably just something that slipped through the
cracks. Can we please put the "delete original pntno" question back in the
routine? It was EXTREMELY useful for the way I work.
