Zoom Fly-out

This has probably been asked before but I can't seem to find it.

When I installed Autocadd 2005 with Survcad XML2 the zoom flyout does not
work any more it is telling me that there is not a toolbar associated to it.

If any one has the fix please let me know

What menugroup does the "zoom flyout" belong to?
What toolbar does the zoom flyout call and what menugroup does that
toolbar belong to?

The problem you are describing sounds like a simple error in the menu file.

Customize - attach a flyout toolbar that already exists in the ACAD.
