New User on Workstation

After adding a new user on a workstation (Windows XP), an icon exists for
Survcadd XML2. Yet, when one launches the icon, the update boxes
cycles...autocad starts...but does not have Survcadd loaded.

Is there a way to get this to launch correctly without re-installing
Survcadd?

Try this,

Go to AutoCAD Tools>Options

Click on Profiles Tab

Select the SurvCADD profile and click the set Current button

Click Apply or OK

Close AutoCAD

Open it again using the SurvCADD icon

It should launch all the SurvCADD menus this time.

Thanks, that did work.

Strange.

I did look at profiles...but since it was already current did not hit
buttons.
