Convert Point Format

Using Survcad 2006 build 050721
When a Pacsoft file is converted, the Northings and Eastings are reversed.
Also the descriptions are not coming across correctly, some come across,
some not, there are "$" and squares scattered in the descriptions throughout
the file.

This feature was working in XML2 (April 7th, 2005 fix) Is it possible to get
someone to look at this file "COGOUTIL.ARX"? I have that April 7th version
of that file in an E-Mail, I could copy and replace, but am not sure if
other utilities have been enhanced or fixed since April.
I would be more than willing to send example Pacsoft data files again, what
ever it takes as I have 18 years worth of Pacsoft data that needs converted.

Thanks, Jeremy
