Is anyone in the Philadelphia area that knows how to design roads, grading
and all with SurvCadd out there? and would like to make some fast cash

This day and age, why would they need to be in your area? Seems like
road
design could be done from anywhere, as long as there was an engineer to

verify the design on the ground.

How much road are you looking to design?
