Field to Finish - utility available?

Hello Carlson Support & Carlson Users,

Is there a software utility available that will allow me to create, edit
and otherwise manipulte my field to finish files, ala extension *.fld
files without loading Carlson and Autocad? If not an existing software
utility, is there some other way of opening my *.fld files to work with
them without the need to open SurvCADD and Autocad?

You can use Notepad or another text editor.
..FLD files are just ASCII files.
