image translations

I am running Survcadd 2006. Is there a way to translate DRGs or DOQQs
from NAD83 to NAD27 within "coordinate transformation" or another
routine? If not, does anyone know of a good program that will do all
coordinate translations (including KY Single Zone) on coordinates,
drawings, and images?
