Horiz and Vertical alignment to SMI Chain Files

Postby sandmc » Fri Mar 02, 2007 9:04 pm

Using SurvCadd 2006, I can write horizontal alignments to SMI Chain files,
but no vertical chains. Is 2006 capable of setting up the vertical chains
and the templates in SMI? Thanks. Tony

Under the "Roads" pull down menu select "Process Road Design". On the
second
screen mid dialog box in the "Report and File Output Options" portion of
the
dialog box check the "Write SMI Chain Files" box. This will write both
vertical and horizontal SMI Chain Files.
