Line by direction

Is there any way to draw a line by distsnce and direction (bearing or
azimuth) in Survey 2008?

Try using the locate by line-distance under the COGO menu, there are a few options to start by its real easy once you have set these parameters, also make sure your units are set to the correct settings eg. metres and degrees min sec for surveyors.

You can also use Enter Deed Description which is useful if you want to draw a line or a series of lines but you are not interested in actually placing real points on the line. Just pay attention to your options if you attempt this method.
