I HAVE A DRAWING THAT WHEN I BRING POINTS IN AND DRAW THEM I CANNOT SEE THE POINT No. OR DESC.

Verify that the PNTNO and PNTDESC layer is on and thawed out. If they are, try opening a new empty drawing and insert the problem drawing into the empty one and see if that fixes it.
