Deed Desc Labels

Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the line label settings for entering a deed description? When I enter a deed, the lines are annotated with the bearing above & distance below the line. The way I enter deeds & create a deed composite, I'd really like to have the labels on the "inside" (or at least the same side) of the linework. I know there are different options under the annotate commands & I have auto-annotate set for both on the same side, but it doesn't appear to apply to entering deeds.

It appears we currently use some default setting here. I will request for it to use auto-annotate settings.
