Installed Survey 2008 and AutoCAD Bonus Menus Vanished

I've been running AutoCAD 2005 since, well, 2005, and became quite reliant on the bonus menu options that came bundled with it (extend/trim to nested block entities, copy nested block entities, text wipe-outs, that sort of thing).
All was well until I just installed Carlson Survey 2008 this morning. The thing is, I had to re-build my menus from scratch to just the way I like them again (custom flyouts and the like), and I can't find the bonus menus anymore. They didn't load, and since I last touched the setup almost 4 years ago, I don't remember where they're hiding in the labyrinth of support file folders.
I tried the MENULOAD command, and the only options it gives me to pick from are Carlson and Carlson only. Should I re-load the bonus menu files off the original AutoCAD disk or try something else?
