Polyline Report

I have a boundary that was entered using the “Enter Deed Description” function. The boundary has various tangent and non-tangent curves. When I try to get a report using the “Polyline Report” function, it reports the wrong delta. It reports the delta value the same as the value for the chord length. All the other curve data seems to be fine. If I inverse the curve, it reports the correct curve data. Is this a bug in the “Polyline Report” function or do I have a wrong setting somewhere. I use this a lot to print out area lot closures.
