Autodesk Civil 3D 2008 - Carlson Conect Error

I'm using my Magellan ProMark3 RTK and Autodesk civil 3D 2008 with carlson Conect, but I'm not abble to dowload crd files with SurvCE transfer. Can connect to the collector and select the file but then the follow message shows:

COM Error:AnotherCAD running on system or no project assigned to current drawing are possible causes.

Then it shows:

Unabble to use ImportPoints method of AutoCad

And finally it shows the next message several times (maybe the number of points to import)

Error:AccPointsImportOptions creating Error


The same happends if i try to import CDR files from my Hard Drive.

Help me, what I'm doing wrong?

Forgot to mention that I'm using Autodesk Civil 3d in Spanish language version, if that afects in anyway
