Profile ARG not loading at startup

What ever profile was last set current use to come when you start up,
now its the default. Is there a setting for this. Iv'e tried to add some string text to the startup box in the properties tab of the shortcut, but no effect.
I used this /p"SURVCAD-C3D2009.arg"
