My take is that there are 3 flavors of Carlson Survey 2009
One that can be loaded on top of AutoCAD.
One that comes with AutoCAD built into it.
One that comes with IntelliCAD built into it.
When I look at the manuals to download I see:

I'm assuming this is the manual for the 2nd of the three flavors I list above.
When I upgrade it will likely be to the IntelliCAD flavor; what manual should I be looking at? Both of the links at Carlson Survey 2009 for the manuals are broken.
