Problem with Eagle Point codes

I am relatively new to Carlson and Ive had a heck of a time trying to get my line work to come in correctly. Is there anywhere I can get detailed directions on how to import my codes and have the line work come in how it should? I've looked at the help manuels and some of the videos but I haven't had much luck. Thanks.
