Carlson Survey/Civil 2009 w/ACAD2005 and ACAD2009

Is there anyway Carlson Survey/Civil 2009 w/ACAD2005 can open a dwg from a client that was created in and ACAD2009?

Thanks Ran. That seems to help. I was able to convert down with truview.
I had some handler exceptions errors thru Carlson and got blown out, but was able to open it in straight ACAD2005. Still had a couple of exception errors but it did open and I was able to plot.
That helps with dealing with clients who stay with the Autodesk program and upgrades. That was my biggest concern in deciding to switch to Carlson as I have clients who always seem to be one step ahead of me.
