Contour Label Issues

Hello,

Issue:

1) I create an existing surface in an Exist.dwg file.
2) I xref this drawing into a Prop.dwg
3) I get boxes around the text mask on the contour labels in the Prop.dwg



Is there anyway to get rid of this without using "Break Contours at Label" and turning off "Hide Drawing Under Labels"??

I was able to go into my existing drawing and select the text mask by using "Ctrl+A". I then put the text mask on a layer I use that in combination with our plot style has 100% screening, and prints out "clear".

Can an option be added that allows you to select which layer the text mask goes on? Better yet, can the boxes be removed from the text mask in order to work with XREF's?

Eric,

Type wipeout at the command line and press Enter - then type f and press Enter - finally, type off (to turn the "frames" off), press Enter and you should be set.
