Data Collector transfer on a Leica TCR803

Hello everyone,

Have a Leica TCR803 that I would like to use Carlson with to download/upload data. Right now we use Leica Geo Office to download an RW5 file, which works fine, but we cannot seem to upload anything. It appears from the help file in Carlson that we should be able to use it for upload and download also, but I am not having much luck. Has anyone done this?
