Annotate - brg_dis not parallel

Can't find varaiable to change to get correct annotations for bearings and labels. Evertything I have gone through seems to be fine but all attempts at labeling give b&d as if writing text at 0deg or east.

Very odd...I manually rotated and moved the b&d to fit the line. Then when I tried the annotate command for the other lines it worked properly although putting b&d under line as opposed to on top as was picked.
Must be strange things with reactors. I tend to remove on lines and labels where I need to move the labels to fit the space.
Just thinking-I have been also experimenting with using previous profiles and saved setups from 2009. Not sure if that is problem. I have not seen the direct setup in the Carlson Settings.
