Carlson Software Forum

I recently installed Carlson 2011 to use with my AutoCad Map 3D 2010, since I have upgraded from Carlson 2010 to 2011 all of my C&G toolbars are missing the icon, or should I say the image to my icons. For example, the N (inverse icon) is now displayed with a question mark. I've tried to customize the toolbar and relink the icon picture but the N is nowhere to be found, along with all the other commands. Does anyone now how to fix this problem?

Quick update. I talked to the main guy that is in charge of the C & G part and it seems that everyone has the same problem. Everyone agrees that there's a problem with the software so the problem was forwarded to the programers. I have yet to hear anything else.
