Survey 2012 and GIS Image Inspector

In Release 2011, I can attach an image to a point and use the Image Inspector to view it. In 2012, when I click on Image Inspector and hover my cursor near a point with an image attached, my entire screen goes black. I have the latest video driver installed. Anyone else see this happen?

Lowering my monitor refresh rate from 75hz to 60hz solved the issue.
