Entity Properties Toolbar_Intellicad

When drafting, if use my entity property toolbar to change layers, the items are listed in a chronological order (in order based upon creation) and not in an alphabetical listing. I have searched high and low for a toggle to change this but came up empty handed. Anyone know how to adjust this?
