Is there an easy way to shift a dtm from one datum to another without having to regenerate the entire dtm? I am working on a large project and have just found out that the client wants this in NGVD29 instead of NAVD88.

Under Triangulation File Utilities you can translate, Rotate & Scale a DTM, and it can be saved as new dtm and retain the old.
